Maintenance work in the LMC - Services temporarily unavailable

Due to maintenance work, there will be a temporary inaccessibility of the LMC on Thursday, 16.04.2026 from 20:00 CEST to approx. 22:00 CEST. We expect a maximum downtime of up to 2 minutes for individual LMC services during the maintenance period.

The sending of alarm messages will be deactivated during the maintenance. However, with the exception of the cloud-managed Hotspot and the Dynamic DNS functionality, network operations will not be affected.

For the LTA service, the short downtime appears as follows:

  • Existing LTA connections remain functional.
  • New connections cannot be established during the downtime unless they have already been connected in the last few days and have activated the "Enable LTA client self-sustaining continued operation" function.
  • Configuration changes and rollouts to the gateways are not possible.
  • Monitoring information may contain gaps.
