Monitoring data of devices newly connected with the LMC (between 13.11 approximately 08:00 CET and 15.11.2024 17:00 CET) was not shown in the LMC.
If the monotoring data of your device is still not shown in the LMC, LANCOM Systems recommends to perform a restart of the device, so that the monitoring service of the device is reinitialized,
LANCOM Systems will also implement a new feature, which will reinitialize the monitoring service of all devices. In this case, the restart is not necessary. This feature is expected to be released this week (calendar week 47).
